I do agree with everything you have said, except with the fact that she has the elegance of a high-end escort. In my opinion she does not. I have met girls that were high-end escorts (mainly russian and ukranian girls) and most of them had natural beauty or very little enhancements, they were dressed very expensive and unique, had great jewelry and were always looking like they were pampered in spas all days - great skin, perfect shiny hair etc. Also, some of them were gracious and delicate, I particularly remember a girl who was a pianist. Some of them practiced ballet in their childhood and teenager years. They looked and behaved nothing like Anna Bey.
To me, the concept of elegance is related to how your inner world is expressed to the outer world. It cannot be faked and it does not have fixed rules. When you read, travel, get to know people, expose yourself to adversities in order to grow, try to be kind and considerate to those around you and understand how things work, you develop a certain way of thinking, talking and expressing yourself that is and charismatic, genuine and belongs to you only. This cannot be replicated by learning how to hold a glass of wine or never wearing 12cm heels. It is so much more than that.
Sorry for any mistakes, English is not my native language and I am still improving :)

I think there is a difference between etiquette and elegance. And as you have said, etiquette is not a replacement for elegance. I love how you've worded this.

I know it's off topic, but do you all think that could be possible to damage the nerve when you get filler?
