    Same!! Exercising makes me feel so good inside and out, improves my body AND my mental health! I will try to force myself to exercise doing fun things like playing just dance hahah but nothing compares to putting my headphones on at the gym and forgetting about the rest of the world

    If you’re going for toned I would recommend fast reps (exercise of your choice) with low impact. Try jogging. If you feel your muscles burning too much, take a break and stretch

    I do barre, pilates, yoga, resistance training and dance. I also run 5k a week.
    I have a home gym setup that I purchased as soon as they announced the lock down so I now have a
    Rowing Machine, Exercise Bike, Cross Trainer and Treadmill (the treadmill is mainly for practise walking for shows or walking on an incline for focusing on the legs).

    I do small weights and use ankle weight bands to make my workouts more intense.
    I'm more focused on staying lean and toned than dropping my weight because my waist is already very small so it would look quite strange to be any lower.
