I get that too I feel like she doesn’t have super striking features but she is someone who would be very pretty if you saw them in real life.
The general rule about the rating system is that people can be rated based on comparison, especially when it comes to higher tiers (A and S). Therefore it is pretty difficult to rate her as I was not able to find group photos of her online She could range from A1 to B1, not in the S tier imo

I think it has everything to do with blonde hair and blue eyes lol If she had a more 'boring' coloring (like Victoria Justice, Nina Dobrev..) she would lose a lot of her appeal
I actually have to disagree with @Szoom. I think that while her colouring could be a factor, it's moreso her face. That video game streamer we discussed elsewhere in the forum, Pokimane, has the colouring of the two celebrities Szoom mentioned. What Pokimane and this one share is dimorphism, neoteny and averageness. The cutesy, girly-next-door features and demeanor are often appealing to men. Hannah has an open eye area, large eyes, and full cheeks.
